Send an up to date hard copy with order, 2nd proofs will be charged for if errors occur as a result of differences between your system and ours.

Productions of more than 2 pages will need a mock-up showing page running order.

Standard sizes - the gateway to reducing costs.
Artwork sizing must match the price list.

Images - it's all about resolution.
With pictures at 300dpi and bitmaps at 1200dpi. All images saved as TIFFs or EPSs.

Images on 'none' picture box backgrounds will need clipping paths. (f1print.com can carry out this procedure for a minimum charge of £10.00 up to £30.00 for a complex version).

Scanning - high quality service.
If your desktop scanner is not quite giving you the results you want, rack up the quality with our hi-res scanning service. Prices on application.

Colours - it's 4 colour process.
All colours must be converted to CMYK, including spot colours and RGB.

Fonts - licensing.
Send all fonts with job. (For compliance, delete used fonts from your system during processing).
